    For those of you looking for a Studer A827 2" Machine, I have 3 of them in stock All of them are low hour machines. 280 hours, 1132 hours and 1634 hours. The 280 hr machine comes with a full audio remote and locator, the other two do not. These machines have been thoroughly gone thru by Steve Smith (with Studer Service for 24 years in Nashville) I have found remote/locators, if you wish to purchase separately from the machines, although they are not necessary to use with C.L.A.S.P.     Although you won't need the autolocater with CLASP you need the Audio Remote with all A827s to ready the tracks...

    Actually, you can arm the tracks from the front of the machine. Pain in the ass, but it can be done.
